Dr. Shweta Nema
Dr. Shweta Nema is a celebrated yoga expert, nutrition counselor, and social reformer with a Ph.D. in Ayurveda and Yoga from the prestigious Sanchi University of Buddhist and Indic Studies (M.P.) and a Master's degree in Yoga and Holistic Health — backed by specialized diplomas in Nutrition and Yoga Education.
As the Founder and President of Siddhatva Foundation, she has designed and implemented yoga programs inside 25+ prisons across Madhya Pradesh, conducted free yoga sessions for police personnel and recruits, led Nasha Mukt Bharat campaigns, empowered girls through self-defence and Lathi-Kala training, and organized Diwali Deepotsav celebrations with underprivileged communities.
Her sessions span schools, government offices, police departments, political platforms, and even inside prisons — each uniquely designed to address specific needs. She believes: "Healing society begins with healing the mind." and "True empowerment begins when we feel powerful from within."
